At MagniCoach, all our products are made to order to ensure the highest quality and customization for our customers. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is faulty or damaged upon receipt.

Made-to-Order Products

As each item is made specifically to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

 - Change of mind
 - Incorrect purchases
 - Accidental orders

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with the following:

 - A description of the issue
 - Clear photos of the product and any damage

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.
